Made this 5x5” card to welcome a future guest that rents a trailer through our trailer rental business to leave them some simple rules for checkout. The pocket/belly band  inside allows us to change welcome letters as we grow. This is a reusable card so it works as a small gift and it promotes my Etsy business at the same time.
