Style ~ Scraps of Darkness

For this page I used the November Rain kit. I love how this turned out. I wanted to go wild and cool and I got just that. I shrunk some pics so I could fit my Locks Of Love Hair Cut on this one page (12 inches were cut off). I am entering this in the Paints/Mists Challenge at SB.com. I went crazy with some black paint, letting it drip on my paper, then blending it in a little with a paper towel. I used Natasha's lacing technique for some flair. The awesome pin came with the kit, made by Mandy. The silver string, eyelets, silver circle clips and black lace were from my stash. This is me in Dec 2010.

I love this cool chippie. I painted it black and used glitter mod podge to make it sparkle. I added some beads to it that also came in the kit.

Here is a close up of Natasha's lacing technique with the twist.

A close up of my scrunching technique, that I made a tutorial of.

  4. Such a beautiful layout for such a loving touch of kindness. I did this a few years back. My husband hated my long hair. So for my love for him and a way to help other I had over 24 inches of my hair cut. I so love this layout......
