Sketch #3 over at Scrapbook.com for the March Card Sketch Challenge.
I hand stitched around the borders. The die cut was from Amazon. The strips of papers were from 12x12" paper labels that had one decorative side. "Always on My Mind Forever in My Heart" is the entire sentiment.
I glued a string of pearls around the die cut to give it texture and a 3D appearance.
I brought the outside in to match.
